- Once you PASS or FAIL an application, it should move from the UNDER-REVIEW tab to the COMPLETE tab and the status should say “Passed” if you approved the application or “Rejected” if you rejected it.
- If you requested modifications, your comments will be compiled before being shared with the applicant.
- Once an applicant makes the requested changes to their application, the application will be filed under NEW on your dashboard with MODIFIED as the status.
- Reviewers may access the activity track for each application on the UNDER-REVIEW tab.
- Under that tab, scroll to the right side of the applicable row and select the three dots.
- Choose APPLICATION HISTORY.
- Use this feature to see other reviewers’ decisions to pass or fail and view any submitted requests for modifications.
- By default, applications will only receive final approval or denial after three reviewers have indicated their decision.
- If a statutory body wishes for final approval or denial to be based on more or fewer than three reviewer decisions, please email professions@healthcouncil.bm.
- When an application has received its final approval or denial, it will remain under the COMPLETE tab but the status should change to reflect the final decision.
