Public Notice: Change to Registration Requirements for Dental Hygienists
The Bermuda Dental Board is announcing a change to the registration requirements for dental hygienists.
Key Change:
The Board will now require only a written exam for all dental hygienist applicants who already passed a licensing exam in the country in which they qualified. Both a written and practical exam will be required for those applicants who do not meet this criterion.
This decision came into effect 1st October 2024 and aims to streamline the registration process while maintaining high professional standards.
