Otherwise, there are no laws or regulations pertaining to the provision of mental health telehealth services to individuals in Bermuda by overseas practitioners. If the mental health practitioner is licensed, they should refer to the regulations in their licensure jurisdiction regarding the provision of telehealth services to individuals outside of the jurisdiction.
